Artist Impressions for Apartment Development in Clifton Hill, Melbourne
Recently we completed a project for Intellect Projects development at Gold Street in Clifton Hill.
The brief was to visualise this project in context with a heritage restricted building next to it as well as tie it into the overall scenery of the suburb.
The project faced to two sides – one side was a residential apartment side facing Gold Street, and the other side was a commercial part facing Queens Parade – so both views of the project had to be treated differently – one more subdued and residential and one highly contrasting and commercial at Queens Parade.
